Leigh commands a deep knowledge of Manhattan and its various neighborhoods, having spent 20 years of her real estate career in the borough. She maintains a wide portfolio of diverse business, utilizing her past development experience from her days as director of leasing at The Orleans, the first luxury prewar Westside rental building at 100 West 80th Street. It was a resounding success, renting out in a record 1.5 months and eventually converting to a condominium.
After many years as a top producer in Manhattan and later in Rochester, NY, Leigh is thrilled to continue her journey as a sales broker and member of the top-ranked Louise Phillip Forbes Team. Her business is relationally driven and has an astounding record of over 85% referral and repeat clients. She delights in meeting new people and gauging their needs.
Always thoughtful and attentive, Leigh understands the gravity of real estate decisions and works diligently to ensure her clients’ transactions run as smoothly as possible. She approaches each transaction with the appropriate balance of “heart and head,” recognizing the emotional nature of real estate while thoughtfully providing advice and direction.
Leigh currently resides on the Upper West Side. She loves being outdoors in nature, walking her dogs in the park, playing tennis in the summer, skiing in the winter, and working out in between seasons.
Leigh has been involved with the Wilmot Cancer Institute’s Advancement committee. In addition, she is a Board member and on the committee for the Rochester City Ballet’s annual fundraiser.
