Capable, compassionate, and intuitive, Manuel takes a hospitality-driven approach to real estate. He believes in the importance of understanding a client through their real estate motivations and desires in order to pair them with the right home. “I believe that someone’s home is at the root of everything else in their life,” he says. “It’s where everything grows from.”
Manuel’s client-focused approach was honed during his 15 years working in the lifestyle, luxury concierge, and property management space. Throughout that time, he was directly responsible for over 250 properties. His experiences fostering client relationships and managing complex processes during that time prove to be an asset to his real estate career.
Having bought and sold three apartments of his own in New York City, Manuel understands the intricacies of New York real estate. A New Yorker since 2004, he has developed a deep understanding of the city while also being able to recognize the challenges of moving here from somewhere else. Manuel is on the Board of Directors of his Upper West Side co-op as well as the Board of Directors of Gritty Cherries, Inc., a nonprofit arts foundation for the development of young talent.
He is a regular patron of the arts and is passionate about travel. A graduate of Bard College where he studied vocal performance, modern dance, and languages, Manuel enjoys ballet, opera, modern dance, and experimental theatre, in New York and on his travels. He recently traveled to Hong Kong, Cape Town, and extensively throughout Europe. Manuel is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian and French.
