Demonstrating early vision and commitment, Jesus took a year off from school to purchase his first multifamily property in Connecticut, using it as a strategic way to generate supplemental income while continuing his education.
Over the past 12 years, Jesus has focused on acquiring and managing multifamily properties, primarily in underserved and low-income neighborhoods. His investment approach has been rooted in creating long-term value and improving communities, one property at a time. His firsthand experience in property acquisition, renovation, and management has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within residential real estate. Three years ago, Jesus expanded his horizons by relocating to New York City to immerse himself in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets. Since then, he has worked as both a property manager and commercial real estate agent, further sharpening his expertise in asset management, leasing, and investment strategy in high-density urban markets.
