Madeleine has a background in e-commerce, having spent 13 years at startups in Boston. Positioned on the frontlines of the industry as it took off, she was heavily involved in an array of roles from customer service and operations to marketing and product development. As a result, Madeleine has honed a deep skillset that ranges from effective communication and creative problem-solving to streamlining processes and managing complex projects. At the heart of her work is her passion for providing the highest level of service for her clients.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Madeleine has degrees in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in International Relations. She is proficient in Spanish. She enjoys walking the streets of New York City, spray painting on canvas, and spending time with family and friends.
